July 15th, 2020 — Germinator is proud to announce the opening of three new franchises. Continuing its rapid expansion across the United States, the company has opened a third North Carolina franchise and has launched its first locations in Wisconsin and Arizona. Germinator continues to achieve major milestones, rapidly launching in major cities across the country since February. The new franchisees will begin servicing their communities immediately with Germinator's state-of-the-art process of sanitizing and disinfecting homes and businesses.

Germinator now provides its services in three new markets
Germinator Greensboro has opened its doors to North Carolinians who reside in Guilford County. "During the 2020 pandemic, my family and friends decided our contributions during these challenging times would be to move our community from a mindset of surviving to a place of thriving. I truly believe the Germinator is a game-changer in the sanitizing and disinfecting business, enabling all of us to feel confident that we can thrive in our environment," says Clemente McWilliams, the newest franchisee in North Carolina. Greensboro and its surrounding areas are known for their museums, beautiful gardens, parks and a range of other outdoor attractions. Clemente looks forward to servicing a community he has grown to love and admire. The Greensboro franchise joins two existing Germinator franchises in North Carolina, which are located in Charlotte and Durham.

Germinator's first Wisconsin location is located in Kenosha and is now servicing both Kenosha and Racine counties. The new franchisees, Mike Roscioli and Mitch Costescu, are excited to help local residents and business owners maintain an environment that not only feels and smells clean, but also helps ensure that friends, family and employees will have greater peace of mind.

The new Franchisees who own and operate Germinator Phoenix
Two longtime friends, Robert Blankenship and Greg Cook, have opened Germinator Phoenix, which will service residents in Maricopa County, Arizona. As an entrepreneur with a well-polished business acumen, Blankenship, saw the opportunity to join forces with his good friend who has been living in Arizona for most of his life. Greg, who has raised his family in the Phoenix area, is passionate about his community and wanted to offer a service that would truly make an impact. With its multitude of attractions, hotels, southwest-infused restaurants, spas and other businesses, Maricopa county awaits Germinator's services so that residents can enjoy their lifestyle with optimal peace of mind.

Germinator is excited to start sharing its breakthrough technology throughout these new communities, which will be serviced by the three new franchises. The new franchises further highlight the rapid growth of the sanitizing and disinfecting industry.

Germinator's patent-pending methodology is the most unique and cost-effective means of providing enhanced antimicrobial protection for businesses and residences. The company first tests surfaces for ATP using a luminometer to detect light that can come from cellular activity. This measurement immediately provides the level of clean on a surface.

The next step is the application of Germinator's Genesis surface treatment. Genesis is a one-step cleaner and broad-spectrum sanitizer and disinfectant treatment that harnesses the power of hypochlorous acid (HOCl). Derived from naturally occurring minerals, Genesis not only eliminates odors at their source but kills a wide range of bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA, Salmonella enterica and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and viruses including norovirus, rotavirus and adenovirus on hard, non-porous, environmental surfaces. It meets the Association of Official Agricultural Chemists (AOAC) germicidal spray standards for Hospital Grade Disinfection and is on the EPA's N List of products determined to meet the criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. As a result, this treatment will eliminate bacteria and viruses that may reside in your environment without the use of harsh chemicals or fumes.

Following Genesis, Germinator applies its Shield, a water-based quaternary ammonium compound that imparts a durable bacteriostatic finish. It is EPA-registered as effective against mold, mildew, algae and odor-causing bacteria. This application creates an invisible barrier that helps combat deterioration and discoloration and promotes freshness for up to three months.

The Genesis and Shield products are applied by using an electrostatic sprayer, which is the most efficient and effective means of delivering the products to the intended application sites.
